The Mast and Tower Safety (MATS) Group is a collective of organisations that own or manage masts and towers, including monopoles, gantries, rooftops, and other structures with significant work-at-height and occupational radio frequency (RF) hazards. The Group’s primary focus is ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all personnel involved with these structures.
The MATS Group publishes various documents on their website, including Guidance Notes and Safety Bulletins, to assist contractors and suppliers in achieving safe working practices and addressing industry-specific hazards.
