Throughout my career, I have worn many hats, usually all at the same time. In the military, I worked Special Projects and had the role of Project, Operations, Office, Facilities, and Training Manager, as well as many others. Successful completion of many Leadership programs has helped me to adapt to the ever-changing role as a Leader. Being trained to train trainers was a major accomplishment in my career and has helped to build pathways for future endevours. I continue to volunteer with local and national nonprofit organizations. This continues to helped me grow and adapt to meet the needs within local communities. I continue developing these skills while working across industries, especially their Diversity and Inclusion programs. This experience has enabled me to continue to serve to our Native Communities, to include Native Veterans, Tribal Elders, 2S/LGBT+ Veterans of Color, and their families. Currently working in the Digital Equity arena, providing digital navigation tools and trainings, digital literacy trainings and building community-based partners to further build on supporting the underserved communities accross Washington State.
