Stefan manages the acquisition, entitlement, design and development of Terwilliger Pappas’ multifamily projects in the Charlotte market. Stefan has over 20 years of professional experience in Real Estate Development. During his career, he has successfully developed over 1000 apartment units, 1,050 student housing beds and 63K SF of retail in the Charlotte and Washington DC markets. Stefan has diverse experience which spans product types, mixed use, urban infill high rise and suburban garden. He has previously held key Development roles at prominent estate developers Aspen Heights Partners, Rushmark Properties and Equity Residential.
