Justin Foster | Director of Community Technology

Justin Foster serves as the Director of Community Technology Services with Quarterra. In this role, he heads up the home automation and managed WiFi programs, other roles include working with the development teams and consulting firms on service provider selection as well as infrastructure requirements for voice, data video and all other community technology services, such as IoT, access control, security and audio-video.   He brings more than 15 years of MDU experience, concentrated on community technology from both the owner and provider prospective. Prior to joining Quarterra, Justin worked as MDU Sales Engineer at Suddenlink Communications. In this role, he was a major collaborator for design and engineering of all services provided to MDU communities including; Managed Ethernet, bulk Docsis, FTTU, video and Community wide Wi-Fi. Justin spent 10 years with JPI Partners and Realpage where he oversaw initiatives to provide automation into the home, implement building infrastructure for service providers, building access control and common area audio-video systems
