Managing Your Managed Wi-Fi

The multifamily program is presented in partnership with the NMHC sponsored by DirecTV

When your infrastructure is in place and networks are up and running, how do you best monitor the Managed Wi-Fi service? In this session, we will cover the importance of ISP portals or apps for the residents to communicate and monitor their usage and needs, such as devices online, submitting tickets, network/speed data, and network health visibility. Multifamily management needs their portal to be able to see the health of the network to view outages and oversee customer support needs with retrofits and new move-ins – what is your plan for accountability?
