Scott Casey
Chief Executive Officer & President Scott Casey is the President and CEO of ROVR Score, where he leverages more than 30 years of executive leadership and technology expertise to transform how connectivity quality is measured and managed within the multifamily housing industry. As the founder of the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company, Scott is focused on delivering innovative solutions that help property owners and operators optimize resident connectivity experiences and drive asset performance. Prior to founding ROVR Score, Scott served as Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President at Greystar Student Living (formerly EdR), where he led enterprise-wide technology strategy, innovation, and implementation initiatives. In this role with EdR, he oversaw the technology infrastructure for more than 100 communities and pioneered PropTech solutions that enhanced operational efficiency, increased asset value, and generated new revenue opportunities. During his tenure at EdR, Scott also served as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors for Elauwit Networks, helping guide technology and connectivity strategies for the student housing industry. Earlier in his career, he held leadership positions ranging from Director of Technology to Chief Information Officer at Arthur Andersen and Orange Lake Resort & Country Club, a Kemmons Wilson company, building a strong foundation in technology operations, innovation, and organizational leadership. A recognized thought leader in the multifamily and PropTech sectors, Scott is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and technology panels and has contributed to numerous industry publications. He actively collaborates with leading organizations and innovators to create impactful content, share insights, and advance technology adoption across the industry. Known for his passion for innovation, team development, and customer experience, Scott is widely respected by peers and industry leaders for his ability to build high-performing teams, drive transformational change, and deliver meaningful business results.
