Lisa Moore brings more than two decades of leadership experience in development and construction, with a track record of driving innovation and operational excellence in the multifamily housing industry. Over the past six years, she has specialized in advancing technology solutions for multifamily communities, and currently serves as Senior Director of Community Technology at Mill Creek Residential. In this role, Lisa oversees research, strategy and execution of low-voltage infrastructure, telecommunications systems, and smart building technology initiatives across Mill Creek’s national portfolio. Under Lisa’s leadership, the Community Technology team partners closely with development, construction, and operations to position Mill Creek at the forefront of smart community innovation. Mill Creek Residential ranks #6 on NMHC’s 2026 Top Developers list and #8 among Top Builders, with more than 30,000 homes under ownership & management.
