Mike is currently Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Extenet, where he oversees federal, state and local regulatory, policy, and government affairs. Headquartered in Frisco, Texas, Extenet is the nation’s premier provider of indoor and outdoor wireless and fiber communications infrastructure. Extenet provides high-performance networks for nationwide wireless carriers, government municipalities and corporate, sports, entertainment and hospitality venues. In his role, Mike also oversees legal services for the company's finance, supply chain, claims and litigation, compliance, and other general corporate matters. In his spare time, he serves in the United States Army Reserve JAG Corps as the Chief of Administrative Law for a 2-star general command.
