Jennifer Clark, Board Member, Lake County IL

Jennifer Clark is a County Board Member from Lake County, Illinois.  She was elected to the Lake County Board in 2018.   Jennifer is currently the Chair of the Lake County Special Committee on Broadband and chairs the Lake County Public Works and Transportation Committee.    Jennifer is very proud to have helped lead Lake County’s recent successful effort to create and adopt its Digital Growth Initiative Action Plan. This strategic initiative aims to bridge the digital divide in Lake County, ensuring reliable and widespread access to high-speed internet while equipping individuals with the necessary skills to thrive in an increasingly digital landscape.   In addition to her work on the Lake County Board, Jennifer is also an assistant professor of Economics at Carthage College in Kenosha, Wisconsin where she specializes in technology, infrastructure, globalization and economic development.
