James Henry is a Co-Founder and Senior Managing Director of Bank Street and has been a driving force in the growth and development of the firm's investment banking practice with a focus on the Bandwidth Infrastructure sector. His extensive and multi-disciplinary knowledge is the product of experience starting as an industry analyst and then as an investment banker executing capital markets and strategic transactions for companies and financial sponsors over the past three decades.  Bank Street has been at the forefront of key strategic transactions in the Bandwidth Infrastructure sector and counts 123NET, altafiber, Lumos, Mereo Fiber, Metronet, Point Broadband, Uniti Group and many others among its roster of clients and recently executed deals. Prior to Bank Street, Mr. Henry was a Senior Managing Director at Bear, Stearns & Co. where he served as the senior research analyst focused on the communications infrastructure and services sector. As a recognized expert, Mr. Henry has testified before Congress on communications sector regulatory matters, been quoted in national publications as well as trade periodicals and speaks regularly at industry conferences.
