Eric Rex joined KeyBanc Capital Markets in July 2013 and is currently a Director primarily focusing on the expansion of the Firm’s Digital Infrastructure practice and executing transactions by serving the Firm’s clients in accessing the tax-exempt and taxable debt capital markets.  Over the past 12 years, Eric has had the responsibility of structuring and executing transactions for financing broadband infrastructure, units of government, investor-owned utilities and public power districts by serving on over $11.1BN of bond offerings - including over $640 million in digital infrastructure financing.  Eric is a graduate of Canisius College where he earned his Bachelors of Science degree in Finance while being a member of the NCAA Men’s Ice Hockey Team.  Eric currently holds his Series 52 and 63 securities licenses.
