Casey Lide is a Partner in the Washington, D.C. law firm Keller & Heckman, LLP.   He represents clients on a range of issues involving broadband, telecommunications, and related infrastructure matters.  Casey counsels public- and private-sector clients on contract negotiation and preparation, including fiber optic IRUs and leases, franchises, attachment agreements, ISP service agreements, public-private partnerships, strategic MoUs and others.   He frequently collaborates with multi-disciplinary teams of legal, financial, engineering, and other technical experts, assisting clients in the development of state-of-the-art communications systems, and with state and federal regulatory compliance matters.
