Currently, he oversees a portfolio of $4 million in grant funding, strategically allocated across a spectrum of projects ranging from broadband infrastructure to industrial development initiatives. Cole is a graduate of Harvard College where he concentrated in Government with a focus on public policy and completed a secondary in Economics. Driven by a passion for effecting positive change, Cole is deeply committed to leveraging his expertise and resources to uplift Harlan County and empower its residents.
