With over 25 years of healthcare and life sciences IT experience, Tony has held senior leadership roles at AMD, Dell Technologies, and IBM, helping global health systems and life sciences organizations operationalize advanced technologies at scale. His work spans medical imaging, digital pathology, EMR modernization, cybersecurity, multi‑cloud architectures, and the infrastructure foundations required to support AI in regulated environments.
He has delivered more than 100 executive briefings and has been a frequent speaker at industry events including HIMSS.
Tony was educated at the Questrom School of Business at Boston University and completed post‑graduate studies at Universidade Católica Portuguesa.
