Your pass gives you access to:

• All track sessions across both days
• The exhibition hall
• Networking drinks receptions
• Poster presentations and start-up pitching

⏰ What are the opening hours?

Conference Hours

• Tuesday, September 29, 2026: 08:00 – 18:05 (followed by a drinks reception)
• Wednesday, September 30, 2026: 08:00 – 16:00

💻 How do I use the Terrapinn Events App?

Already Registered?

1. Go to Terrapinn Events
2. Click “Log in as a Participant” (top right)
3. Enter the email you used to register for BioTechX USA
4. Set your own password
5. Wait 15–20 minutes to receive your login email

Not Registered Yet?

1. Register here
2. Wait 15–20 minutes for a confirmation email from the BioTechX team
3. Follow the link in the email to access the platform

🎫 Where do I collect my badge?

Download the Terrapinn Events App to access your unique QR code .
Badges can be collected at the registration desk starting September 16 at 8am

Food is not included in your ticket.
However, you’ll find:

• On-site cafes with hot and cold food options
• Refreshments and snacks available for purchase
• Free tea/coffee during the morning and afternoon coffee breaks
• Drinks and canapés during our evening receptions

Yes, free WiFi will be available throughout the venue.

🎤 Info for Speakers

• Speaker Lounge : Need to work between sessions? Ask a member of staff to direct you to the Speaker Room
• Stage Setup : Choose between a handheld microphone or headset. A lectern and countdown timer will be available
• Your Presentation :
  • Find the latest agenda on our website — use the “Search Schedule” feature and type in your name to find your session (highlighted in red)
  • Once live, refer to the Swapcard App for the full schedule
