Lincoln stumbled into the AI space through his love of science fiction novels. It’s no surprise, then, that by the time Watson played Jeopardy in 2011, his curiosity about AI had been fully awakened. After watching AlphaGo make its infamous move 37 in 2016, he was hooked. That passion followed him into grad school, where he focused much of my Master’s research on the human-AI interaction and how they might meaningfully intersect. Lincoln is a Senior Principal Global Technical Leader (GTL) in Data Management (part of Product Development Data Strategy and Analytics department) and working in the AI space for over a decade. With a Masters of Design in Strategy, Foresight and Innovation (OCAD University), he finds gaps in complex systems and works to close them. Fun fact, Lincoln’s love of sci-fi fantasy is still intact. As a hobby, he’s the author of five science fiction and fantasy novels (two of which will be published in 2026).
