Chirag Lodhia is Deputy Director of Clinical Informatics and Director of Digital Health Training and Adoption at Monash Health, one of Australia's largest public health services, where he leads workforce change management and digital adoption in both clinical and non-clinical environments across multiple hospital sites. His work sits at the intersection of clinical practice and digital transformation, translating complex technology rollouts into practical, adopted change at the frontline of care. Chirag also serves as a Board member at Burna AI, an oncology focused AI platform, where he heads the global strategy and implementation portfolios, including the growth of Care Journal, a patient centric oncology application. His background in clinical pharmacy underpins a career long focus on how technology, informatics, and AI can be safely and meaningfully embedded into health systems. Chirag has played a role in several major Australian government and health system initiatives. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he supported the hospital restructuring efforts, was a digital lead for the Vaccine Management System statewide rollout, and Contact Tracing systems, work that demanded rapid digital deployment under significant public health pressure. He has also been involved in the Victorian Heart Hospital as a lead in implementation with change and training , and was the lead for change and adoption on My Health Record, and CareSync Exchange, whilst also supporting the major Pathology Services Shared Laboratory Informations Systems project across Victoria, spanning new hospital digital build, national health information sharing, and interoperability between care settings. Together, this work reflects a consistent thread across his career: building and adopting digital systems at scale, under pressure, and across the full spectrum of the health sector. Alongside his health sector work, Chirag work with Code to Inspire, an organisation providing technology education to Afghan girls and women. He has developed a structured digital project management curriculum, Implementation and Transformation curriculum, and Career Development guidance for the CTI Academy, covering course content, case studies, and assessment materials, extending his commitment to supporting children and disadvantaged communities' capability building beyond the health system into global education access. Beyond his institutional roles, Chirag brings a genuinely international lens to digital health. He has travelled to more than seventy countries and founded four volunteer run organisations spanning health, education, creative industries, and social inclusion, with each organisation operating in various countries worldwide reflecting a career built on systems level thinking and cross sector collaboration. He has a passion for working within communities globally to empower and lead people to grow in health, education and humanitarian efforts.  He speaks regularly on digital health adoption, informatics training, and the practical realities of implementing AI in clinical environments. Chirag also likes to get to the gym 4-5 times a week, spend time with friends and family, and also enjoys just sitting at home watching movies and attending live music events.
