Dr. Torsten Grünewald has a scientific background and worked in the Telecommunications industry working before joining Boehringer Ingelheim. Within Boehringer he held various functions in Business and IT, always dealing with Data, Processes and Business Architecture. In his previous position he was the Chief Architect for Enterprise Data Services, responsible for the Architecture and Data Ingestion of the corporation wide cloud-based Data ecosystem “BIdataland” In 2022 he was promoted as Data Governance Manager within Clinical Development & Operations to establish Data Governance & Masterdata Management for the new Clinical system landscape and its integration into the Corporate wide cloud-based Data Ecosystem
