As the Team Lead for Enabling Technologies at Roche, based in Basel, Switzerland, Susanne focuses on driving innovation in lab automation and digitalization, enabling cutting-edge solutions and fostering collaboration across multidisciplinary teams. During Susanne's tenure at Roche, she has held strategic roles, including serving as the Strategic Area Lead for Lab Automation/Digitalization and as Matrix Leader for Lab Automation. Her expertise has been pivotal in defining strategies, leading implementations of automation systems, optimizing experimental workflows, and mentoring the next generation of professionals in the field. Previously, Susanne served as a International Project Leader (EMEA) at Hamilton Bonaduz AG, where she managed the development of complex integrated liquid handling and software solutions for the EMEA market.
