Sigi began his career at Novartis, where he held various roles in insights functions at both national and European levels. His work spanned quantitative and qualitative market research, analytics, strategic planning, and forecasting across multiple therapy areas including cardiovascular, CNS, immunology, oncology, rare diseases, and biosimilars. He then joined Kantar Health (formerly TNS Healthcare), where he managed large-scale international research projects for global pharma clients. In 2011, Sigi relocated to Moscow to establish and lead the healthcare division of TNS Russia, supporting both domestic and multinational companies. Since 2019, Sigi has been based in London with AplusA, where he oversees the company’s real-world data offerings, with a particular focus on oncology and hematology. His recent work centers on applying advanced analytics and AI models to extract meaningful insights from large patient datasets, helping clients better understand treatment patterns, patient journeys, and market dynamics.
