I am currently the Global Head of IT at Teoxane Laboratories in Geneva, where I leverage my expertise in digital transformation and data management within the life sciences sector. My professional journey includes prominent roles at renowned companies such as Takeda and Sanofi, where I specialized in managing multicultural teams and aligning IT strategies with business objectives. Throughout my career, I have implemented Master Data Management (MDM) systems, developed fully automated reporting solutions, and led transformation programs. These initiatives have strengthened trust, established robust governance, introduced quality indicators, and clearly defined data ownership and catalogues. These efforts have democratized IT services, facilitating interactions between data producers and consumers, and have been crucial in driving digital transformation across R&D, finance, and supply chain, while enhancing IT security and the adoption of cloud technologies. My tenure at Takeda in Switzerland was particularly significant, where I integrated advanced technologies, elevated human capabilities to sustain digital, and enable to support global operations within the next level of performance data driven. My skills in effective communication and change leadership are complemented by deep expertise in data reporting, analytics, machine learning, and ERP systems, notably SAP.
