A defining achievement was the creation of iQNow, an AI-powered knowledge management platform that engaged 35,000+ users and saved over one million working hours. Building on this success, my team achieved another industry milestone: 🚀 Just last month, in August 2025, we launched the first complex RA Agentic Assistant for Regulatory Operations into production. This system provides intelligent, context-aware support, proving the power of high-impact, responsible AI. My influence extends to shaping industry-wide conversations. As a recognized thought leader, I am honored to serve on the Advisory Board for the CPHI Conference, the world's largest pharmaceutical event. In this role, I help guide the agenda to focus on the real-world application of AI in production, not just proof-of-concepts.
