As a Senior Director at Novo Nordisk, I am responsible for leading the Digital Science Academy and Ideation Lab. In this role, I oversee the development and scaling of the internal digital educational unit, which is designed to support the digital transformation of research and early development (R&ED) across five global sites and a team of 3,500 researchers, technicians, and managers.
Under my leadership, the Digital Science Academy offers tailored courses to meet the learning needs of R&ED and provides onboarding for new and existing software. I also host and facilitate training groups and communities of practice to encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing across the organization.

In addition to the Digital Science Academy, I am designing, building and scaling Ideation Lab to provide a formalized process for idea maturation. Using Design Thinking principles, the lab offers standard and custom workshops to solve complex problems and tailor-made Ideation campaigns to help identify the most viable business model.
Overall, my role as Senior Director at Novo Nordisk is focused on driving innovation and digital transformation through education and ideation, creating a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving. WORK EXPERIENCE
