IQANOVA Ltd is an Edinburgh-based deep-tech company developing ATLAS-AI, an evidence-governed AI and Quantitative Systems Pharmacology (QSP) platform for model-informed drug development. ATLAS-AI combines mechanistic biology, AI-assisted model construction, calibration, simulation and validation to support target selection, dose optimisation, combination therapy design, patient stratification and virtual-patient/digital-twin workflows.

Our platform is built on the EHMN2026 human metabolic architecture, a curated library of approximately 50 QSP models, standards-native executable modelling, and a builder–critic–verifier workflow designed to improve traceability, reproducibility and scientific confidence.

IQANOVA works with pharma, biotech and research partners to turn complex biological and clinical evidence into auditable mechanistic models and decision-ready development packages.
