Theorema builds causal disease models for drug discovery. The models fuse single-cell, bulk, spatial transcriptomics, CRISPR and drug perturbation screens, proteomics, genetics and other sources.

The models capture disease dynamics, answer which targets drive and revert a disease, and which are mere by-standers.

Theorema models derisk novel target discovery, target verification, in-licensing diligence, and biomarker selection in clinical trials.

Fifteen disease models are built, with state-of-the-art AUROC 0.85 on a synthetic-lethality benchmark.
