Health Monk is a bioinformatics- and AI-led digital health studio. We help life sciences and clinical teams turn complex biological and clinical data into production-grade platforms.

Our strength is the span of one team. Cloud engineering, data science, bioinformatics and product design sit together, so the pipeline, the models and the interface around them are built by the same people.

We design and operate NGS and multi-omics pipelines, from ingestion and QC through analytics and reporting, on secure cloud infrastructure with a full audit trail. We train and deploy the models that sit on top of that data, with explainable predictions and versioned, reproducible releases.

We also build the applications at the other end of the study. Participant-facing apps guide people through long-running protocols, while sample tracking keeps chain of custody intact from collection through the laboratory and back to the analysis.

Every layer is shaped around the scientists, clinicians and participants who use it, so results and their provenance stay legible where decisions get made.

We work across research platforms, physiological and genomic readiness assessment, and digital therapeutics certified as medical devices under the EU MDR.
