Cytely operationalizes biological measurement, from experiment to auditable result, and back. Our patent-pending, hardware-agnostic platform turns person-dependent workflows into executable assay objects: the entire assay (data, analysis, gates, decisions) runs on any instrument, with any operator, and gives the same result, traceable down to the cell. A real-time DAG engine enables sub-second parameter tuning, and the platform closes the loop, driving the microscope back to re-image exactly the cells that matter. Built on a decade of research at Lund University and Harvard, with proven results.
