Oncology R&D has historically been built on investigating failure. Cure51 is built on understanding outliers.
We decode the biology of exceptional cancer survivors - the fewer than 3% of patients who live more than five years after a diagnosis that is almost always lethal. Sourcing treatment-naïve tissue through a clinical network of 150+ centres across 39 countries, we have built the world's first and only survivor-centric dataset: over 1,400 patients, profiled against deeply matched controls at single-cell and spatial resolution, with 350+ clinical data points each.
Our in-house agentic AI works across that data to define cohorts, run multi-omic analysis and track hypotheses, with scientific review at every decision point - surfacing first-in-class targets in pancreatic (PDAC), glioblastoma (GBM) and small cell lung cancer (SCLC).
In August 2026 we signed our first pharma research collaboration, with Servier, on GBM target discovery.
Come and talk to us about target identification and validation grounded in survival biology.
