Converge Bio builds generative AI systems that make every biotech and pharmaceutical company an AI company. The platform trains proprietary models on DNA, RNA, and protein sequences and packages them into solutions biologists can use directly, without coding, across antibody design, target discovery, protein manufacturing optimization, and virtual cell simulation.

Antibody engineering is the company's flagship application. ConvergeAB generates, scores, and optimizes millions of candidate sequences per target, balancing affinity, developability, epitope specificity, and immunogenicity in a single pass rather than through successive rounds of lab iteration. Two further solutions extend the same approach up and down the pipeline: ConvergeCELL analyzes single-cell and bulk transcriptomic data to prioritize disease-driving targets and identify patient responder profiles, and ConvergeGEO optimizes codons, UTRs, promoters, and terminators to raise expression yields across CHO, HEK293, E. coli, and other hosts.

Converge Bio measures success in the wet lab rather than on benchmarks. Working as an embedded AI-lab partner, the company has completed more than 40 programs with over a dozen pharma and biotech partners in oncology, neurodegenerative disease, and autoimmune conditions, discovering novel antibodies with single-digit nanomolar binding affinities and improving protein manufacturing yields by four to seven times.

Founded in 2024, Converge Bio has raised $30 million, including a $25 million Series A led by Bessemer Venture Partners with TLV Partners, Vintage Investment Partners, and Saras Capital.
