Calico Biosystems is a testing platform for cancer therapeutics i.e. a service provider in Precision Oncology for pharmas and biotech. Our platform i) assess reliably the efficacy of cancer therapeutics at pre-clinical stage, ii) predicts the most effective combinations of treatments through computational modeling,  iii) deciphers drug mechanism of action and, iv) Identify clinically significant markers that delineate populations of patients responsive to therapeutics.  

Our innovation relies on two pillars: First our unique capability to test cancer drug efficacy on native patient tumors using multi-omics profiling and a proprietary scoring algorithm. Second, our aptitude to predict through computational modeling the most effective combination of treatments for each individual patient tumor.
