What are the opening hours?

How do I use Swapcard?

Swapcard networking goes live on 20th September therefore you will NOT be able to log in until then.

HOW TO LOG ON TO THE PLATFORM

1.  Go to www.swapcard.com
2.  Top right - Log in as a Participant 
3.  Enter the email you used to register for BioTechX
4.  Create own password
5.  Wait 15-20mins - the link will be sent to your email

IF YOU HAVE NOT REGISTERED FOR BIOTECHX

1. Click here to register
2. Wait 15-20 minutes - you will be sent an email from BioTechX (hello@swapcard.com), follow the link in the email to access the platform. Do check your others folder.

TIPS

• To access the platform, you have to use a recent browser such as Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
• The link sent from swapcard will take you to your default browser. If this isn’t Chrome or Mozilla, you will need to right click on the link, copy the link, and paste into Chrome or Mozilla browser.

Where do I collect my badge?

Please download the event app Swapcard to access your unique QR code. Registration desk will be open for badge collection from the 3rd October (time TBC closer to the event). Here is the link to download for Android and Apple .

Where can I stay and are there any discounted rates?

Please follow this link for hotel options close to the conference. 

Will there be food?

There will be cafes on-site for you to purchase your own food with hot and cold food options. 

What are the networking opportunities?

Connect with people, schedule meetings and much more on our event app Swapcard.
Also, join us for a drink’s reception at the end of days 1 and 2.

Is there WiFi at the venue?

Yes, we have free WIFI on site.

Where and when will BioTechX 2024 return?

BioTechX Europe 2024 will take place from the 15-16 October in Basel, Switzerland. 

Speakers:

• Stage set-up – You can use a microphone or a mic headset. There will be a lectern and a podium timer to indicate how much time you have left.
• How do I know where and when my presentation is happening? Please refer to the website in the weeks leading up to the event for the up-to-date agenda. You can search your name in the “Search Schedule” option and find your presentation details - Day, time and track session of your presentation (highlighted in red).
  Once our event app Swapcard, goes live, please refer to that.
