As CEO of Swissport International, Warwick Brady heads the world’s number one aviation services provider across its airport ground operations, air cargo services, and airport hospitality businesses.

He leads 63,000 global aviation professionals who serve 243 million passengers, welcome six million lounge guests and handle over five million tons of air freight a year. If Swissport was an airline, it would be the largest carrier in the world. Since being appointed Swissport’s CEO in May 2021, Warwick has been instrumental in developing the company’s unique business model with a diversified portfolio, world-class service, and the highest safety standards globally.

He has played a pivotal role in driving Swissport’s long term and sustainable growth, expanding its global footprint to more than 300 airports in 49 countries and delivering record revenues and margin in 2025 -double the turnover compared to 2021- driven by strong organic growth and business transformation. Under Warwick’s strategic leadership Swissport is shaping the airport experience of the future with AI, data, and robotics at its core. This includes pioneering the next generation of intelligent ground handling equipment with fully autonomous vehicles.

During his tenure, Swissport has seen a profound transformation into a trusted global brand, tech, and sustainability leader ranked in the top 1% of companies worldwide for sustainability performance by EcoVadis.

Before joining Swissport, Warwick held senior strategic roles in leading international aviation and energy companies in Europe, Asia and India including Chief Operating Officer at FTSE100 easyJet, Deputy Operations Director at Ryanair, CEO of Mandala Airlines (Indonesia) and CEO of Esken Limited, a British infrastructure, aviation and energy company. He previously held board positions at Airline Group and NATS (National Air Traffic Services) in the UK.

Warwick grew up in South Africa and graduated from Henley Management School, UK with an MBA and a Diploma in Business Management. He is a trained commercial pilot.
