My name is Susanne Kunkel, I am 43 years young and come from Frankfurt am Main. I started a commercial apprenticeship at Deutsche Lufthansa AG in 1998. Apart from a 3-year sabbatical, during which I completed evening studies and gained work experience at PricewaterhouseCoopers, I am still a proud employee of the Lufthansa Group. In 2005, I switched internally to IT, and since 2014 I have been working on the subject of testing. First at Miles & More GmbH as the responsible consultant for the topic and later in a more central role in Lufthansa Group IT. Since April 2022, I hold the title of Head of Test & Quality Management and am thus the process owner for the entire Lufthansa Group."
