Sebastian is the founder of AEROMOND FlexCo, a startup developing an AI-driven onboard service platform for the aviation and railway industry. 

After 10+ years, holding several roles in aviation, airworthiness, design & certification - including companies such as Avcon Jet AG and Redak Consulting GmbH - he gained in-depth knowledge of aviation compliance, safety, and modification projects. 

In 2023, he founded the company AEROMOND Services e.U. and continued working as a safety and compliance consultant, certification engineer, and trainer in regulated aviation topics. Following the completion of his master’s degree in Air Transport Management and the submission of an international patent application, he launched the company AEROMOND FlexCo to bring digital innovation and sustainability to onboard services. 

His vision is to create a standardized, cross-operator passenger experience that boosts ancillary revenue, reduces waste, and transforms the future of travel through technology.
