As Head of Innovation at daa (Dublin Airport), Ruairí Kell leads the next horizon of the passenger experience, covering digital-first engagements and technology touchpoints, through to how these tangibly impact operational change. Ruairí was a leader in innovation at both Shipyard Innovation & Accenture, delivering transformational digital and operational change programmes at Fortune 100 companies worldwide. This has included building large & small software solutions, standing up corporate ventures globally, and establishing new business units & processes. Prior to this, he was instrumental in bringing personalization to the world’s biggest airlines with Irish technology startup Boxever. Ruairí holds a degree in Business & Computer Science from Trinity College Dublin.
