Pedro Flores Ribeiro is currently the Loyalty & CRM Director at TAP Air Portugal, a position he has held for the past three years. Before assuming his role in Loyalty, Pedro contributed to various customer-related areas, including customer experience and supported projects in product development, marketing, and disruption management.
Prior to his work in the airline industry, Pedro began his career in consulting, where he gained valuable experience in strategic planning and project management, particularly within the fields of Industry and Transportation. He holds a master’s degree in management and Strategy, providing him with a strong foundation in business strategy and leadership.
