Manuj Kumar Jain, Head of E-Commerce, Air India

Manuj is Head of E-commerce at Air India. He is a core member of the Air India transformation team. Prior to Air India he has worked at Tata Group Strategy team and McKinsey India. Over the last two decades he has been associated with strategic transformation of India’s aviation sector with significant contributions to the National Civil Aviation Policy, Satellite based navigation and promoting Sustainable Aviation. At Air India, Manuj has led the transformation and  launch of the reimagined group loyalty program “The Maharaja Club”. The reimagined program is value based, offers global best rewards and recognition, and is today among the fastest growing program in the region with more than 10 million members already. Currently, Manuj heads E-commerce at Air India. He is leading the personalisation agenda and customer experience transformation on the direct digital channels for Air India.
