Mandeep Grewal is the Founding Partner of Flyaway Advisors LLC, a boutique consulting firm focused on the aviation and travel industry. She brings over three decades of global leadership experience, having held senior executive roles at United Airlines and Continental Airlines across Revenue Management, Airport Operations, Lounges & Catering, Customer Experience, and Customer Strategy & Innovation.  She has served in multiple leadership positions at United Airlines, including Vice President of Customer Strategy and Innovation, Vice President of Domestic Line Airports, and Chief of Staff to the former CEO.  Mandeep holds degrees in Finance from the University of Houston and Economics from Sri Ram College of Commerce, India. A passionate mentor and advocate for inclusion, she served as Founding President of uIMPACT, United Airlines’ Business Resource Group supporting women in leadership. Her global perspective, shaped by living on three continents and traveling to over 51 countries, continues to inform her work and her commitment to impactful, customer-centered innovation.
