She has a proven track record of driving measurable improvements in NPS, revenue optimization, end-to-end journey design, and enterprise-wide transformation. She has served in multiple leadership positions at United Airlines, including Vice President of Customer Strategy and Innovation, Vice President of Domestic Line Airports, and Chief of Staff to the former CEO. Her career spans a wide range of functions across the airline industry, including revenue management, pricing, airport operations, lounges and catering, customer experience, and customer strategy & innovation. Mandeep holds a degree in Finance from the University of Houston and a degree in Economics from Sri Ram College of Commerce, India. A passionate mentor and advocate for inclusion, she served as Founding President of uIMPACT, United Airlines’ Business Resource Group supporting women in leadership.
