Laurie is the global head of travel solutions at Worldline. Her interest in payments came from her understanding of the fulfilment and distribution processes in the commercial airline industry. During her 30+ years in the travel industry, Laurie has been responsible for building and delivering solutions based on the foundations of the fulfilment process.  She has led many teams which have designed and implemented enterprise-wide projects for payment services such as fraud and risk management, customer notifications, sales reporting and ancillary sales opportunities.  She now utilizes her global airline and travel industry experience as a member of the professional services group at Worldline.
