Jason Ward, Chief People & Marketing Officer, Azul Airlines

Jason is the Vice-President of Marketing and People at Azul Linhas Aéreas. Among other company areas, Jason is responsible for the Corporate University - UniAzul, Human Resources, Marketing and Customer Experience (CX). He is a member of the team that founded Azul in 2008.  
 
His mission at Azul is to ensure that customers have the best flight experience and that the crew members have the best jobs of their lives. Known for its customer service, crew engagement, and culture, Azul is among the world's top airlines.  In 2016, he served as Vice-President of Operations at TAP Air Portugal before returning to Azul in September 2017. He started his career in 1992 at Morris Air, the first airline founded by David Neeleman, who also founded Azul. They worked together at Southwest Airlines and JetBlue Airways.
