Ina Eldøy is the CEO of BagID, a travel tech company transforming the way people travel with checked baggage through electronic bag tags and smart travel solutions. Under her leadership, BagID is redefining baggage handling with technology that empowers both airlines and travellers.
 
She is a seasoned leader with a rich international track record in aviation, hospitality, and strategic business development. She has an MBA with focus on shipping management, finance, leadership, and strategy, and has held commercial and leadership roles across diverse industries.
 
Before becoming CEO of BagID in March 2023, Ina served as a board member of the company since 2019. She brings extensive experience from her tenure as Market Manager and Commercial Director at Avinor, Norway’s airport authority, as well as leadership experience in the hotel sector.
