Iliya Maksimov is the Co-founder and Business Lead of Fliant, an aviation SaaS company transforming how airlines use flight data. With over 15 years of experience in aviation software and operations, Iliya has led flight data monitoring and analytics initiatives at Honeywell Aerospace and Software Group. A former Boeing 737 commercial pilot with a background in aeronautical engineering, he brings a unique combination of operational insight and technical expertise. Holding an Executive MBA, Iliya is passionate about improving safety and efficiency through data-driven solutions and now leads Fliant’s mission to help airlines unlock actionable insights from flight data.
