Ben's professional experience spans several continents and global airlines in North America and Europe. His first-hand C-level experience & insights as well as his experience with customer loyalty in his current position as SVP Customer Loyalty & President of Flying Blue at Air France-KLM give him a unique perspective. Prior to Air France KLM, Ben was part of Air Canada and headed the Global Connection Product, previously holding various positions including Chief of Staff in the President's Office. Ben is avid user of loyalty programs, and deeply understands the loyalty & customer engagement challenges facing airlines and the broader travel industry, and is passionate to offer his insights.
