This year, we’re launching Battle of the Robots — a live, on-stage competition where airports go head-to-head, pitching their robotics strategies to a panel of expert judges. From autonomous cleaners and baggage bots to AI-driven passenger service, discover how airports are harnessing robotics to solve real-world challenges.

 

Inside the arena: how will the battle play out?

 

Battle of the Robots is where forward-thinking airports showcase just how strategic, scalable, and impactful their robotics initiatives truly are.

Each airport will have 5 minutes to pitch their robotic strategy live on stage, followed by 5 minutes of Q&A with our expert judges. The judging panel will evaluate submissions based on 5 key critera: strategic alignment, infrastructure readiness, execution, impact, and innovation. Bonus points if they bring their robot along with them!

Submissions are open to airport leaders in innovation, operations, planning, or CX who can speak to the why and how of robotics integration, not just the what. We’re looking for strategic projects that go beyond the tech itself, with thoughtful planning and collaboration across teams.
