Art Sagoskin MD is a Reproductive Endocrinologist and is an innovator, team-player, scientist, change-maker, and pioneer. For over four decades.
Currently, he is involved with the Mygogenesis LLC and Amebogenesis companies and he has been part of the team promoting and researching the use of stem cells and regenerative medicine. He is Chief Scientific Development Officer of Mygogenesis LLC and CEO of Amebogenesis. As CSDO, he is responsible, along with the CSO, for leading a company's scientific strategy, research and development (R&D), and scientific operations.
Dr. Sagoskin is a consultant and speaker in the field of stem-cell research and regenerative medicine, fertility education and practice, and public health.
Dr. Sagoskin led and transformed infertility and In Vitro Fertilization science and patient-care practices through his work in private practice and as co-founder of Shady Grove Fertility (SGF). SGF now celebrates over 33 years and more than 200,000 babies born.
A ground-breaking physician-executive throughout his career, Dr. Sagoskin has been involved in teams and partnerships with many firsts. He was at the forefront of Minimally Invasive Surgery, developing techniques and teaching many physicians. Under his guidance, SGF was the first to develop a culture-based change program emphasizing optimal patient-centered care, first to develop a Shared Risk program (which is a money-back guarantee for IVF), and the first to develop multidisciplinary infertility care involving Reproductive Endocrinologists, Reproductive Urologists, and psychological support care.
He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Frederick Health System in Frederick, Maryland, serves on the Board of the Drexel University College of Medicine Alumni Board, and was a Consultant to USFertility in the implementation of the Electronic Medical Records/Clinical Management System.
