I have completed my MA in industrial psychology at Wits in 2007. I have been heavily involved in changing the business world in SA since 2006 when I started in a consultancy called FWA. There I have learned a lot about people from all different kinds of levels, cultures and industries. This combined with my excellent technical preparation from Wits through the 6 years of studying helped me to overcome and successfully change companies.
I believe that people make it happen so my gut feel with people have assisted me to achieve the results that CEOs, managers and Directors envisioned for the company.
I have strong psychological assessments background as well where I believe have assisted a lot of my client to reach their full potential.
At the moment I am working for a company called globaltrack. I have doubled the company in 3 years and I have achieved great success with the culture of the company. It's an IT company which was not transformed in a client focused sales organization. In 2015 we received an award the Da Vinci Institute Award for excellence in the management of people.
I have presented both of my researches in the call center industry in two international conferences in Swidden and Japan. I have presented in 3 siopsa conferences. Now I am preparing a paper for an international conference in Bali later this year.
