I have a Bachelor of Technology Degree in Human Resources Management with nearly 13 years of HR Generalist experience. Initially started as an In-service Trainee in the EThekwini Municipality Parks, Recreation and Culture Human Resource Division, during my four and a half years with the Municipality, I was promoted to 3 positions. When I left, as I relocated to Johannesburg, I was an HR Officer, supporting the Office of the City Manager and the Corporate Human Resources Divisions. Shortly after moving to Johannesburg I joined the Telecommunication/ICT Industry. Since then, I have nearly 8 years Senior Management experience, in an HR Generalist role. I am currently the Human Capital Executive at Altech Radio Holdings, a division of Altron TMT.
