Germinah Nyikana | Group Learning & Transformation Manager

Germinah Nyikana is the Group Learning and Development Manager for Clicks Group Limited. She joined the Group in 2007 and has held a number of positions including Group Skills Development Manager and Group Transformation Manager. 

In her current portfolio, she is responsible for:
    Group learning and development, which includes skills development, bursary scheme and internship programmes
    Employment Equity and BBBEE
    Corporate Social Responsibility

Germinah has a BA Honours (Information Science) and a BA Humanities degree from the University of South Africa (UNISA) as well as a Bachelor of Philosophy degree from the University of Stellenbosch. In 2010, Germinah participated in the International Leadership Development Programme at the Penn-State University in the USA.  

Germinah is also the Clicks Helping Hand Trust Manager which is a registered NPO.
