Attended Transvalia Highschool in Vanderbijlpark. Started working at Arcelor Mital (ISCOR at the time) in 1972 until 2004. Been involved in training since 1985.
Obtained City & Guilds International Diploma in Teaching & Training in 2001. Got Baccalaureaus Degree in ETD practices with North West University at the Potchefstroom campus in 2011, obtained Honneurs Baccalaureus degree in ETD Practices with North West University at the Potchefstroom campus in 2013.
Obtained my National Certificate: Occupationally Directed Education & Training Practices – 2015
