Candice started her HR career in the FMCG sector as the HR Graduate for the Soft Drinks Division of South African Breweries in 2005 after completing a Bachelors and Honors Degree in Psychology from the University of Johannesburg. On successful completion of the graduate program she was promoted to the  SAB Head Office as the Organizational Health Coordinator. In December 2006 she moved to Standard Bank to purse an HR Generalist career path and spent 3 years at Standard Bank in various divisions of the Retail Banking. During this time she completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration and Masters in Business Administration through University of Pretoria. Towards the end of 2009 she was headhunted by Barloworld Automotive for the role of Executive Human Resources for Avis Fleet Services Southern Africa and later on in 2012 she was appointed to the role of International HR Executive at Barloworld Logistics.  In 2014 she joined Lenovo as the HR Partner for Africa and in 2015 she joined Pernod Ricard as the HR Director role for Sub Saharan Africa. She joined BAT in 2016 heading up Talent for Southern African Area.
