HOW TO ACCESS THE EVENT APP

 

Please follow these steps to help you access the Terrapinn Events app.
Note: You must first register for the event- It will take 45-60 minutes after registering to gain access.
 
 
Download and access on mobile
 
  1. Search for Terrapinn Events in Apple App Store or Google play and download. Or  click on this link for Apple , or  this link for Android .
  2. Log in to the event app using the same email address that you used to register for the event. Be sure to log in as a participant.
  3. You will receive a link to create your password.
4. Find and click on Identity Week Europe 2024 once logged in - you now have access to the event app! Use it to view the expo floorplan, browse the agenda and network.
 
Access via desktop
  1. Make sure you are using Google Chrome then head to https://page.swapcard.com/app/terrapinn-events/ and register using the same email address that you used to register for the event.
  2. You will then receive an email with a sign-in link.
4. Now, click ‘Sign in to Terrapinn Events’ and create a password. You can now log-in.
 
If you have already completed all of the above steps but still cannot access the event, please logout and log back in again.
 
If the event is still not appearing on the homepage, please clear your cache and cookies and repeat step 2.
